- Danishes: Filled with apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry or cream cheese and topped with glaze.
- Glazed Miami: Fried and glazed danish.
- Apple Fritters: Prepared with apple slices and cinnamon, fried and glazed.
- Nut & Poppy Seed Butterflies: Walnut or poppy seed filled danish baked and iced with frosting and topped with nuts.
- Sticky Buns: Cinnamon rolls baked in a butterscotch base topped with icing or plain.
- Kuchens: German pastry also known as a coffee roll. Similar to the Hungarian Rolls, this pastry is filled with cream cheese and topped with various fruits. The Kuchens are specially cut then baked to perfection. Finished with our without icing.
- Hungarian/German Style Rolls: Our rolls are based on an old European recipe that is rolled thin and filled with either nut or poppy seed filling, washed with egg and baked. Available with and without icing.

A traditional favorite! Our Hungarian strudel is made up of several thin layers of dough filled with nuts, butter, sugar, bread crumbs and either apple or cherry. Baked and dusted lightly with powdered sugar.

- Chinese Cookie: Large cookies flavored with vanilla and almond, dusted with crusted walnuts and topped with a generous dollop of chocolate fudge.
- Butter Cookies: Small and light cookies decorated with colored sugars, nuts sprinkles and fruit. Ideal for that special occasion.
- Fudge Brownies: Chocolate fudge brownies topped with chocolate fudge icing. Available plain, or topped with crushed walnuts, sprinkles or powdered sugar.
- Coconut Dream Bars: Chewy and delicious coconut and walnut bar topped with powdered sugar or chocolate fudge.
Our homemade breads have no preservatives and are baked fresh.
- Italian Bread: Available plain, or with sesame seeds and option to have it braided for a unique appearance.
- Rye Bread: Available plain or with caraway seeds.
- Dinner Rolls: 1.25 oz. dinner rolls available plain, sesame seed, poppy seed or rye. Packaged by the dozen.
- Bear Claws: Flaky dough filled with apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, cream cheese or nut.
- Turnovers: Flaky dough that is fold into a triangle and filled with apple, cherry or custard. Topped with powdered sugar, icing or plain.

Russian Tea Biscuits are similar to scones but more moist.
- Fruit Filled: Apricot, blueberry or raspberry along with nuts, coconut and raisins. We then coat them with coarse sugar and baked until golden.
- Apple Tea Biscuits: Filled with apple, cinnamon sugar and pecans, topped with cinnamon sugar.
- Chocolate Tea Biscuits: Brownie filling with walnuts and chocolate chips, topping with chocolate icing.
Chrusciki: Also known as Angel Wings, are a very thin, light sour cream-based dough folded, fried and finished with powdered sugar.
- Kolachkies: Small pastry squares filled with a variety of fruit, nut or cream cheese. Baked and topped with powered sugar or granulated sugar.
